Full Registration Policy:

Every paper accepted at one of the four main conferences must have a full registration, no matter whether the registrant is a student. This policy suppresses all other discounts, such as the negotated NEF ECI-CPS rate. This policy does not apply to workshop papers.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

If you have to cancel a registration, please contact Linda Buss (email: lindabuss@me.com, phone: +1 715-308-0499). Whether the registration fee will be refunded depends on the date you notify us:
  • Before early registration deadline (3/14): full refund
  • Between 3/15 and 4/7: 50% refund
  • After 4/7: no refund.
  • If a cancellation results in a violation of the full registration policy, no refund will be issued.
