Item Sponsorship
Giveaway:
· Companies can supply
branded items to be distributed in delegate bags to each delegate (e.g.
umbrellas, note pads, pens, USB-Sticks).
· Silver level
sponsorship required.
Literature
Booth: $2000 per day / $5000 for all three days
· Brochures,
catalogues, books, journals can be distributed on literature booths at the
main entrance / coffee area
Conference
Bag: $3000 for individual conference
/ $7500 for entire CPS Week
· Conference bags will
printed with institution name and logo. The bags will be distributed to all
attendees, and speakers.
· Advantage: The
awareness of the institution will last also after the CPSWeek.
Award Sponsorship
Each of the member conference will give an award to the best
paper presented on the conference (as selected by the program committee)
and to the best student paper. These awards will be presented at a special ceremony,
most likely during the social event / dinner.
Best Paper Award: $1,000

name and logo will be announced on all related media and your logo will be
projected and named at the ceremony.

Event Sponsorship
Reception: $7,000
· Logo and name of
your institution will be on all appropriate signage around the event, e.g.
at the reception desk
· Two sponsors max
Dinner with
Social Event: $10,000 per sponsor (up to 4)/$30,000 for exclusive
sponsorship
· Logo and name of
your institution will be on related announcements, before and during the
social event, acknowledgement will be during respective speeches and a five
minutes speech of a company representative at the dinner will be reserved
Coffee Breaks:
$3,000 for one day/ $5,000 for two days / $7000 for three days
· Signage including
your institution name and logo with the information “sponsored by” will be
placed at the two coffee breaks per day. The coffee breaks will be the meeting
point for all attendees, and speakers.
